We currently ship all products across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post.
International shipping is available on request — please contact our support team for further assistance.


📦 2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or stock unavailability, the customer will be notified immediately.

Our delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier service used:

  • Free shipping is available on selected products or orders above a certain value (as mentioned on product pages).

  • Orders below the minimum order value may incur a small shipping fee, displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional handling charges.


🚚 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

In rare cases of damage or loss during transit:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • Our team will verify and either replace the item or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
