    1. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

    • To request a cancellation, please contact us at Gurez India +91 9653560765 with your order details.

    • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The product is missing from the package (verified with unboxing video).

    • Cancellation requests are made within the allowed time frame.

    Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

    • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error.

    • Products used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

    • Custom-printed or personalized packaging products.

    3. Return Process

    • Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

    • Products must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging.

    • Returns must include all items, invoices, and labels.

    • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

    4. Refund Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

    • Depending on your bank/UPI/wallet provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

    5. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    • If you need a replacement, you must request a return and place a new order.
